This unique cart allows you to confidently transport both hot and cold foods simultaneously within the same convenient model. The bottom compartment uses gentle non-radiant heating technology that holds food safely between 150-165 degrees Fahrenheit. The passive top compartment can hold either hot or cold product at food safe temperatures without the use of constant electricity for four hours or more, and each compartment has a solar digital thermometer that makes it simple to monitor temperatures at a glance. For added convenience, a combination of LED indicators and display messages let you know if there are probe or internal parameter errors, while also triggering alarms for high or low temperatures.

Thanks to the unit’s universal adjustable rails, this cart can accommodate sheet pans, food pans, pizza boxes, trays, or a virtually limitless combination of them all! There are 16 sets of rails in each unit that can be configured to hold full and half size sheet pans, full hotel pans, market, bakery, and dietary trays, and even large 16″ pizza boxes. Plus, this unit’s marine rail helps to create a bonus staging area for food pans, while its perimeter bumper protects your cart and walls from damage. This unit comes with Cambro’s security package as well, making it perfect for applications that require maximum safety. The package includes tamper-resistant fasteners for securing the side panels to the cabinet and the cord strap keeper to the door. These tamper-resistant fasteners also ensure that the casters are tightly mounted to your unit, while the cross locking rods located behind the panels are guaranteed to keep all rails in place. Plus, the package features non-removable doors with a lockable hasp on each door (padlock sold separately) for optimal security during or after transport.

CFC-free polyurethane insulation is contained within the charcoal gray polyethylene shell to help maintain reliable temperatures while keeping the exterior comfortable to the touch, which can be a problem with comparable metal cabinets. A 5″ x 8″ menu pocket on the front of each compartment also helps maintain temperatures by allowing you to identify the contents within without opening the door. 4″ nylon latches provide easy access to your food and secure it during transportation, while the door’s gasket-free design means easier cleaning and fewer replacement parts to worry about! The ergonomic molded-in handles will never break like comparable extruding handles, and they combine with 6″ heavy-duty casters to make maneuvering a breeze for operators of all heights. There are also holding straps on the back of the cart so you can safely store the power cord prior to transporting. A 110V electrical connection is required for operation.
