Thermoelectric cooling technology reduces temperatures down to 32.5 degrees Fahrenheit without a compressor and can be adjusted up to 70 degrees Fahrenheit. A touchscreen allows you to easily monitor and adjust temperatures.

This module features a temperature recovery time of 23 seconds with the PCU800 / PCU1000 Pro Cart Ultra® pan carriers and 30 seconds with the PCU2000 Pro Cart Ultra®. This cooling technology can be quickly changed out with other hot or passive modules to quickly adapt to your menu changes and operational needs. The included security package features tamper-resistant fasteners.
