A touchscreen allows you to easily monitor and adjust temperatures.

This module features a temperature recovery time of 20 seconds with the PCU800 / PCU1000 / PCU2000 Pro Cart Ultra® pan carrier. This heating technology can be quickly changed out with other cold or passive modules to quickly adapt to your menu changes and operational needs.
