This unique and versatile Cambro Pro Cart Ultra® pan carrier is designed to simultaneously maintain 2 active hot compartments in one cart. It can hold up to (24) 2 1/2″ deep full size pans. Thick, CFC-free polyurethane insulation throughout the cart ensures that prepared product is held at food-safe temperatures. Featuring a tough and durable polyethylene construction, the exterior stays cool to the touch and will never dent, crack, chip, or rust. This carrier is also built with high-gauge, reinforced stainless steel hinges for maximum durability. It includes 2 ergonomic, molded-in vertical rear handles so you can transport this unit wherever it’s needed.

Heavy-duty, self-venting doors open 270 degrees for full access to an interior that houses solid side-loading molded-in rails. Spring-loaded magnetic door catches offer hands-free closing, while the 4″ nylon paddle-style latches provide a tight and secure closure that’s ideal when in transport. This cart comes with 4 heavy-duty, high-density 6″ x 2″ rubber casters, including 2 front swivel casters with a brake and 2 fixed casters in the back. A lock pin on the front casters can be used to convert from swivel to fixed. A 5″ x 8″ menu pocket on the front of each compartment allows you to identify the contents within without opening the door.

Dual active heating modules feature a touchscreen control with an adjustable setting from 140-185 degrees Fahrenheit. This pan carrier is capable of heating food up to 165 degrees Fahrenheit in just 15 minutes. If the door is open at an ambient temperature of 74 degrees Fahrenheit, this unit can recover its set temperature in approximately 20 seconds depending on the contents within. It can also retain its hot temperatures for up to 4 hours without electricity. The heating / cooling / passive modules can be interchanged, allowing you to adjust the unit to best fit your needs (additional modules sold separately). Cambro temperature modules feature actual temperature reading, temperature set-point, and can easily be switched from Fahrenheit to Celsius for ultimate control and monitoring.

With an energy-efficient design, this pan carrier can save up to 30% on energy costs compared to other brands. Each module comes with a 9′ power cord and cord storage and requires a 110V, 1 phase electrical connection to operate.

This unit comes complete with a security package to keep it protected from tampering. The package includes tamper-resistant fasteners to keep the side column panels, electrical modules, cord straps, and casters secured. Cross-locking rods behind the column panels help lock 5 rails into place. The non-removable doors feature a lockable hasp (lock sold separately) to secure both doors at once.
