This set comes with (2) 5-pan front load food pan carriers, (1) full size 8″ deep top loading food pan carrier, (1) compact dolly, and (1) strap to secure the pan carriers. All three food pan carriers are stackable to maximize space and are eco-friendly as they can be used again and again. Because these carriers are made with expanded polypropylene (EPP), they offers superior temperature retention and maintain hot or cold food temperatures for up to 4 hours. If you need a longer hold time, you can use the CaterGator Dash hot board or CaterGator Dash ice board (sold separately) to extend your food holding time even further.

These insulated pan carriers feature a professional grade construction made from expanded polypropylene (EPP), an insulated material with a high level of durability. This high-tech material is extremely lightweight and offers excellent impact, water, and chemical resistance. The front load carriers hold up to (5) 2 1/2″ deep food pans and can accommodate various combinations of full, 1/2, and 1/3 size pans that are 2 1/2″, 4″, and 6″ deep. They both include a large latch that quickly and securely locks the door to retain temperature. Their door even extends to a full 270 degrees for easy access to your food pans and is completely removable for cleaning.

The top load food pan carrier has a versatile design that allows you to mix and match a number of pan combinations to best suit your needs, including (3) 2 1/2″ deep, (2) 4″ deep, (1) 6″ deep and (1) 2 1/2″ deep pans, making this carrier a go-to choice for any application. It includes molded-in handles for easy transportation that are both convenient and ergonomic. Quickly and safely transport these 3 pan carriers with the included compact dolly. This dolly can transport up to 550 lb. of stacked food pan carriers. Its sturdy, light weight, shock-resistant ABS frame and high-quality polypropylene wheels are built to last. 2 fixed casters and 2 swivel casters provide ultimate control over even and uneven surfaces with ease. This dolly comes with a removable EPP insert with 4 holes to match up with the base of the EPP unit front loaders included. The holes create a snug fit that won’t shift while you’re pushing the carrier. Also, they make stacking 2 units on top of one another more secure. The EPP insert can be removed to accommodate larger food pan carriers.
