Its flat chrome wire racks accommodate up to 8 full size sheet pans on 2 3/4″ centers, allowing you to move a variety of dishes or ingredients from to place to place with ease.

For instance, the body and door are reinforced with an internal frame, adding structural rigidity that’s especially necessary for transport applications.
