These pan carriers hold up to (5) 2 1/2″ deep food pans and can accommodate various combinations of full, 1/2, and 1/3 size pans that are 2 1/2″, 4″, and 6″ deep. They will work with most types of pans as well, including foil, plastic, and even stainless steel. Because these carriers are made with expanded polypropylene (EPP), they offers superior temperature retention and maintain hot or cold food temperatures for up to 4 hours. If you need a longer hold time, you can use the CaterGator Dash hot board or CaterGator Dash ice board (sold separately) to extend your food holding time even further.

This dolly comes with a removable EPP insert with 4 holes to match up with the base of the EPP unit front loaders included. The holes create a snug fit that won’t shift while you’re pushing and transporting the carrier. Also, they make stacking 2 units on top of one another more secure. The EPP insert can be removed to accommodate larger food pan carriers.
